Future Wealth Circle

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 19 October 2026. Privacy contact: [email protected].

About this policy

Future Wealth Circle (FWC, we, us) is a curated professional and social community organising events, introductions and related activities. FWC is operated by Musical Movements International L.L.C-FZ (the Operator), at Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Operator is the controller of personal data described here unless a specific activity states otherwise.

This policy covers www.futurewealthcircle.com, event registration, guest-list administration, community enquiries, referrals and our communications. It should be read with our Cookie Policy.

Information we collect

When you register for an event, we request your name, email address, telephone number and industry. You may also choose to share a professional profile, employer, role or other details in free-text fields or subsequent correspondence.

Our registration and CRM records may additionally contain how you heard about us, who referred you, the channel through which you registered, event(s) registered for, attendance or RSVP status, communication history, preferences, consent records and organiser notes where necessary. Referral names can themselves be personal data.

We may receive information from someone introducing or recommending you, from event collaborators, or from publicly available professional sources where lawful. We may collect technical information such as IP address, device and browser details, site interactions and cookie identifiers as described in our Cookie Policy.

Event photography or video may capture attendees. We do not intentionally request sensitive personal data through the ordinary registration form; please do not submit it unless specifically requested for a legitimate purpose with appropriate safeguards.

Why we use data and lawful grounds

We use registration details to process requests, administer guest lists and capacity, confirm invitations, send practical event communications, manage attendance, prevent abuse and respond to enquiries. The lawful basis depends on the circumstances, including consent, steps connected to an event arrangement, or another basis expressly permitted by applicable law.

We may use professional and referral details to understand our audience, review expressions of interest, curate invitations, manage community relationships and facilitate introductions where appropriate. We will not assume that being referred automatically authorises unrestricted marketing or disclosure of your contact information.

We use contact details to send optional news, future-event invitations and community marketing only where lawful and, where required, with separate consent. Operational messages about an event you registered for are distinct from optional marketing.

We use website data for functionality, security, troubleshooting and analytics subject to applicable cookie and consent requirements; and we may retain necessary records to meet legal duties, resolve disputes and protect our rights.

Marketing and communication preferences

Where consent is required, the registration process will offer a separate, unticked opt-in for future FWC updates and invitations. Declining marketing will not prevent event registration. We record when and how consent was obtained and the wording shown.

You may withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time via the message mechanism or [email protected]. We will honour applicable opt-out rights and retain only the limited suppression data needed to respect your choice.

We may communicate by email, telephone or messaging services (including WhatsApp where used). Messaging-platform providers process data under their own terms; we will not add registrants to promotional groups or broadcast lists without an appropriate lawful basis.

Referrals, introductions and membership decisions

We may record a referrer's identity and referral context to understand introductions and manage community participation. Where someone supplies another person's details, we expect them to do so lawfully; we will provide required privacy information to the person concerned.

FWC may use relevant registration and professional information to review event participation and curate the community. We do not claim that event registration guarantees admission, membership or attendance. Any materially consequential solely automated decision-making will be separately assessed and disclosed if used.

Event images and recordings

Our events may be photographed or filmed for event documentation, social media, website content and promotion. We will give appropriate event-specific notices and obtain permissions where required, particularly for identifiable promotional uses. Contact [email protected] to raise concerns or request review of a particular image or recording.

We may publish event images on third-party platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn; those platforms may separately process information under their own policies.

Sharing and processors

We may share limited data with our authorised organisers, website host, CRM and registration providers, email and messaging providers, analytics services, event venues, security and check-in teams, professional advisers and regulators as necessary for the stated purposes.

We will use appropriate contractual and security arrangements with processors. Venues and other independent organisations may act as separate controllers for their own purposes, which should be explained where relevant. We do not sell attendee personal data or provide guest lists to sponsors for their independent marketing without an appropriate lawful basis and notice.

Specifically, our website hosting, core Customer Relationship Management (CRM) workflows, lead registration pipelines, and integrated marketing automation tools, including our electronic messaging and telecommunication services via LC Email and LC Phone, are powered by our primary technology processor, HighLevel, Inc. (operating as GoHighLevel), a cloud platform provider headquartered in Dallas, Texas, USA.

International transfers

Our activities are UAE-based, but technology suppliers and recipients may process information in other countries. Where transfers are subject to UAE or other applicable restrictions, we will use a permitted transfer mechanism and required safeguards. Our platform infrastructure, CRM, and website data are securely hosted by our technology supplier (GoHighLevel) on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud infrastructure located in the United States, using permitted international data transfer mechanisms to ensure compliance.

Retention and security

We retain data only for as long as needed for the stated purposes, considering event administration, ongoing community relationships, consent choices, legal obligations and disputes. We periodically review and delete or anonymise records no longer required. Our standard data retention periods are structured as follows:

  • Event registration records: retained for 3 years following the conclusion of the event to facilitate historical reporting and tax auditing.
  • Inactive contacts: profiles with no recorded email opens, link clicks or logins for 24 consecutive months are systematically flagged for deletion or anonymisation.
  • Marketing consents: maintained continuously until a user submits an explicit opt-out or unsubscribe request, which is processed automatically within GHL within 48 hours.
  • Images and media: event photography and promotional media are retained indefinitely in our media repositories, unless consent is explicitly withdrawn by the individual.
  • Technical and audit logs: system interaction and platform security logs are retained for 12 months before being overwritten.

We implement proportionate access controls, authorised-user permissions, secure service providers, backup and incident-management procedures. No electronic system is completely secure.

Your rights

Depending on the law applicable to your data, you may have rights to information, access, correction, erasure, restriction or cessation of processing, portability, withdrawal of consent and complaints to a competent authority. Rights and exceptions vary by jurisdiction.

Send requests to [email protected]. We may verify identity and will respond within the applicable legal timeframe. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate earlier lawful processing.

UAE and other applicable law

The Operator will assess the application of UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and any implementing rules, exemptions or applicable free-zone regime. EU and UK GDPR will be addressed if the relevant territorial criteria are met; the mere fact that an attendee lives abroad does not by itself settle that assessment.

Children and external services

FWC's ordinary community registration is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly solicit children's personal information through the general form. Links to independent services and social networks are governed by their own privacy notices.

Changes and contact

We may revise this policy to reflect legal, technical or operational changes. Material changes will be notified and fresh consent obtained where required. The current version will appear on our website.
